- Develop independence and oragnisation – students will be given more choice about the activities they engage in within each topic area. Students will also be challenged to organise competitions for the younger year groups.
- Encourage lifelong participation – students will take part in sports/activities which are easy to access once they leave school, to ensure that students have the knowledge and confidence to remain active in their adult lives.
- Maintain health and wellbeing – students will participate in exercise which they know enhances their physical & mental wellbeing.
